Winter Snow Removal Built For High Desert Conditions

Keep your driveway clear and your property open when the storms come through. Perez Landscaping provides residential and commercial snow removal across Reno, Sparks, and Northern Nevada.

  • 35 years of Northern Nevada winters

Ramiro Perez has been working through these storms since 1990.

  • We know your property

For landscape customers, our crew knows where the sprinkler heads, curbs, and beds are before they are under snow.

  • One contractor all year

Landscape and hardscape through the warm months, snow through the winter.

  • You get the owner

Ramiro is who you talk to and who is accountable when the storm hits.

Snow Services We Provide

  • Residential driveways

Cleared so you can get out before work without shoveling.

  • Walkways and entries

Where slip risk actually concentrates on any property.

  • Commercial parking lots

Cleared with snow staged where it does not block sight lines or your best spaces.

  • Ice management

Treatment on walkways and entries, because refreeze is its own problem.

Service Options

Snow work is handled per storm or on a seasonal contract. Seasonal gives you a fixed cost and priority in the storm rotation, which is usually right for a business that has to open on time. Per storm suits properties with more flexibility. We will tell you which fits rather than pushing the bigger contract.

Timeline

Snow season runs roughly November into March or April, driven by storms rather than the calendar. Commercial contracts are typically set from late summer through October, so book before the season rather than during it.

Care And Maintenance

Marking your property before the first storm is what prevents spring repair bills. Plow damage to sprinkler heads and bed edging is a common spring repair, and it comes from crews working blind.

“I had a rather small project for a retaining wall, and Perez Landscaping was perfect for the task. Ramiro the owner answered my request on Sunday, came out to scope the project on Monday, and had it done by Wednesday!”

Winter Snow Removal FAQs

When should I book?

Commercial properties, late summer through October. Residential, before the first storm. Booking during a storm means competing with everyone else who waited.

What snow depth brings you out?

That gets set in your agreement. Around four inches is common, and commercial properties often want a lower trigger.

Do you offer seasonal contracts or per storm service?

Both. Seasonal gives you a fixed cost and priority in the rotation. We will tell you honestly which fits your property.

Will plowing damage my landscaping?

Not if the crew knows what is under the snow. We walk and mark new properties before the season, and we already know the layout on landscapes we built.

Do you work with HOAs and property managers?

Yes, including multi property accounts and subcontractor work for general contractors.
